About Zuri
Zuri landed at the shelter after her owner moved away, and despite only having a short time to adjust, she's made her personality obvious. She’s a robust, cheerful presence who wants nothing more than to play fetch or wrestle with her smaller buddy Gremlin. Zuri welcomes everyone; there’s not a shy bone in her body—when people come by, she lights up, always ready for company. Those expressive smiles and constant attempts at grabbing your attention let you know she’s tuned in and eager to please. House trained and quick to pick up commands like 'sit', Zuri struggles to hold her composure—her sheer excitement bubbles over. She could use some basic training, but with her willingness to learn, that should be straightforward and enjoyable. She’s happiest with active people ready for daily exercise. Ropes and tug-of-war are her specialties, and she almost always looks like she’s having the time of her life. Zuri doesn’t do well with cats, but she does enjoy canine companions and makes a devoted, playful friend. Ready for the next move, this energetic girl wants to join a home that matches her spirit. Your new best friend is just one click away.
