About Buck
Meet Buck! He arrived at the shelter at the end of August after being found loose with another dog near Alpine. Buck briefly spent time in a home and is now back at the shelterโno fault on his part. He clicks well with other dogs and has a solid track record in play groups. Buck doesn't pay much attention to cats and probably needs a careful introduction to them, since it seems they're a mystery to him. Buck tends to be shy when first meeting people, but once he's comfortable, his joyful personality comes through. He's reliable on a leash and enjoys going for walks with staff and volunteers. Though not yet fully house trained, he learned some basics in his last home and should catch on quickly with a consistent routine. Buck brings a playful, goofy energy that stands out to those who know him. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
