About Ghost Young
Ghost Young is about 5 years old and has worked through a rough patch—a broken leg that, while healed enough for him to walk, may give him some arthritis down the road. Surgery isn’t the right call now. He also has Feline Eosinophilic Granuloma Complex (EGC), which means he’s prone to itchy lesions that flare up when his immune system reacts to certain allergies. The good news: Ghost’s EGC is managed well with periodic antibiotic and steroid shots. That’s something any adopter will need to stay on top of, though it’s not a costly or complex routine, just regular care and monitoring. Ghost is sweet and craves attention. He’ll go a bit cross-eyed in pleasure when you pet him—he lives for a good snuggle and isn’t shy about asking for more. Playful and affectionate, he’s used to being around both cats and dogs, but he’ll thrive most in a calm home where he gets plenty of attention and can be the star of the show.
