Today, she’s much better — but Celine will need a calm and loving environment where she can heal fully. She also has some allergies that will need to be monitored throughout her life. She will thrive in a home filled with steady love, patience, and proper nutrition. She may have a rough past, but her future can be filled with warmth, security, and endless affection.
