About Miss May W.
Miss May W. has gentle gray tabby markings draped across her white coat like a cape. At just over a year old, she has already raised a remarkable litter of ten healthy kittensâeven her rescuers and vets were in awe of her mothering instincts. Found abandoned in Russell County, May came to the rescue pregnant and braved summerâs worst heat until a foster stepped in just in time. She devotedly nursed and raised her kittens, making sure every one of them thrived with help from both humans and her own care. Now that the kittens are all happy and independent, Miss May W. is ready for her own comfort and quiet. She has been spayed, is up to date on vaccines, tested negative for FIV/FeLeuk, and has a microchip. Her foster describes her as a true sweetheartâsoft-natured, affectionate, and happiest when sheâs curled on a warm lap. May gets along well with other cats, so sheâd enjoy feline company. Fun fact: May is a Sagittarius, which might explain her adventurous spirit and deep loyalty. Ready for a loving home, May is eager to settle in and share every day with someone special.
