Phoebe's owner got evicted from his home and left her behind. A kind neighbor called and asked that we pick her up. The neighborhood loved her, but she is a big girl and needs her space. Phoebe is a wonderful dog that's funny and loves to play. Despite her size, she does love activity. Phoebe was adopted for about four months. Her new mom loved her and she said Phoebe was doing well. However, her new mom got sick and had to have surgery that made her unable to care for Phoebe. She had to make the difficult decision to return Phoebe to us.
