Otis is a special-needs English Bulldog that needs a nice home for his final years. He is blind and has sensitive kidneys, so he needs constant access to water. He is sweet but stubborn, as bulldogs usually are. He needs a home with a patient person who has extra time to devote to his care - preferably someone who has owned bulldogs before.
