This darling girl is Nova! She arrived at the shelter as a lost dog with ID on 3/3, and sadly, her family hasn't come to reclaim her. It seems Nova may have an old hip injury that wasn't addressed, so she'll need to be assessed by a veterinarian. The volunteers say that it doesn't seem to slow her down though! She is a happy, easygoing girl, and she knows how to sit nicely for treats. Sweet Nova really should be enjoying her golden years in a loving home and not here in the shelter. If you have a soft spot for the dogs who may overlooked, please come meet Nova! Nova is 9 years old, and weighs 38 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines, has been spayed and microchipped, and did test negative for heartworms. Nova is waiting patiently in kennel 300; her ID # is 17315.
