About Mars
Mars – ID 16988 – Kennel 806 Arrived February 14 – American Pit Bull Terrier mix – Tan and white – Male 1 year 2 months old – 76 lb (estimated adult weight 80–85 lb) Will be neutered prior to adoption – Up to date on vaccines – Heartworm negative – House trained – Good with children – Dog friendly – Cat friendly Mars is a very handsome, big-hearted boy with a smile that lights up the whole room. At just over a year old, he’s still youthful and full of happy energy, weighing 76 pounds now and likely filling out around 80–85 pounds once fully mature. He is house trained, great with children, dog friendly, and cat friendly — a well-rounded companion who simply loves being part of the action. Mars already knows how to sit when asked and is eager to please. On leash, he can be strong and enthusiastic, and he sometimes jumps up in excitement, but it’s all part of his joyful personality. With consistent guidance and a little continued training, he will polish those manners quickly. Mars is the kind of dog who greets life with a wagging tail and an open heart. He would thrive with an active family who will enjoy his playful spirit, continue his training, and give him the love and structure he deserves. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, and lively best friend, Mars is ready to blast off into his forever home.
