About Battenberg Bonded Buddy Program

Battenberg Bonded Buddy Program Battenberg’s story has unfolded slowly, letting his true personality show through—he’s now a confident and affectionate cat who wants nothing more than a home filled with warmth and reliability. At about five years old, Battenberg has been through a lot: after arriving clearly battered, he greeted people with trust and gentle affection. He’s FIV+ and developed stomatitis early on, requiring a dental procedure and ongoing immunosuppressive treatment. Fortunately, his pain is under control, and he gets along comfortably with life—grooming himself and his feline friends. His relationship with Punxsutawney Phil runs deep; you’ll usually find the pair curled up or moving about together, well-balanced and quietly devoted. Battenberg is seeking a home that will welcome his best buddy, Punxsutawney Phil, too—they’re an inseparable duo and eligible for the Bonded Buddies program. Thanks to Dr. Jen and the Feline Wellness Center, all his health care for stomatitis is covered for life, removing any worry from the equation. Battenberg has already navigated the tough parts; now, he’s just looking for a safe, soft landing, ideally with his pal. If you want to know more or think you might be the right fit for these two, just ask. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
