He loves being close to his humans and would do well in a patient home committed to continuing his care and training.

About Dumbo

Meet Dumbo, a small Chihuahua with a larger-than-life heart. At about 2 years old and 15 pounds, this little guy is the definition of a devoted companion. Dumbo thrives on human attention and has a serious attachment to his people—he wants to be by your side whenever possible. He’s working through some separation anxiety, so a household where someone is home most of the day would be ideal. Dumbo gets along with other dogs, but he likes to be top dog and can be a little bossy, which is pretty classic for his breed. House training is coming along; he wears a belly band and is making progress with a predictable routine. He is crate trained, neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. This dog really just wants consistency, patience, and a lap to call his own. He’s looking for a dedicated adopter who won’t mind continuing his training and can provide the love (and structure) he needs to feel secure. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
