Meet River! River and his siblings were found in need of a new home after their previous home became overpopulated with dogs due to lack of spay and neuter efforts. River was very shy and shut down when he first came into our care, although warmed up quickly with some cheese! He will need a home with patience as he is learning what it's like to be in a safe environment. They are still learning how to be on leash, as this is not something they have experienced previously.
