Louise is a 16-week-old chihuahua mix. She arrived to the rescue at the same time as Thelma, and we suspect she is Thelma's daughter. She is a very fearful little girl, and we feel it would be best if she were in a home with older, calm companion dogs to show her the ropes. She is fully potty trained, which is rare for a young dog! Louise was recently spayed and microchipped, and is also fully vaccinated (DAPP, Rabies & Bordetella).
