Freddy gets along great with kids, cats, and other dogs, making him an easy addition to many families. Freddy and Carly were rescued from an abusive and neglectful home where they were kept chained without food or water. Despite his rough start, Freddy is a sweet, resilient boy who is ready for a safe, loving forever home filled with playtime and kindness.
