Carly is great with kids, cats, and other dogs, and she loves being around people. Carly and her brother Freddy were rescued from an abusive and neglectful situation where they were kept chained without food or water. Despite her rough start, Carly is a sweet, happy puppy who is ready to leave the past behind and start a new life in a loving forever home.
