About Bandit
Bandit is a 4-year-old, 75-pound Black and Tan German Shepherd looking for an active home ready to match his enthusiasm for life. He’s sharp and loves to show off commands like sit, stay, down, shake, and catch—especially if a ball is involved. Fetch is his absolute favorite, and he thrives on long walks and backyard games. A secure fenced yard would make him happiest, but once he’s done playing, he likes to chill out with a chew. Bandit doesn’t bark on walks and handles new places, like hotels and car rides, with ease. He even enjoys bath time, making grooming simple. Affectionate and loyal, Bandit seeks plenty of attention and would thrive with an experienced, active owner who can offer structure and exercise. He can be cautious with men at first but warms up quickly and bonds strongly with his people. He currently lives with an older female dog and enjoys her company, though his energy can be overwhelming for less playful dogs. Carefully supervised introductions work best, and he’d also do well as the only dog. Bandit does not do well with cats. He’s great with teenagers but needs a home without small children due to his exuberant nature. Inside, Bandit’s manners are solid. He’s fully housetrained, good in his crate, and never destructive. He just wants plenty to do and someone to share it with. Neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, Bandit is ready for his new chapter. If you need a loyal, smart, and fun companion for both adventure and down time, Bandit is your guy. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
