Meet Duncan Duncan is a 3–4-year-old English Coonhound weighing about 65 pounds, and if there were an award for Sweetest Hound Ever, he’d probably already have a shelf full of trophies. Some dogs live for toys. Some dogs live for treats. Duncan lives for love. Pure, simple, heart-melting love. This gentle boy would happily skip the toy box and the treat jar if it meant he could spend more time soaking up pets, leaning into you for scratches, and being close to his people. He has the kind of calm, affectionate personality that makes everyone who meets him instantly fall for him. Duncan is very well mannered and carries himself like the polite gentleman he is. He seems to do well with other dogs and kids, and while we’re unsure how he feels about cats, he may do just fine with slow and proper introductions. With his soulful hound eyes and incredibly loving nature, Duncan is the kind of dog who turns a house into a home just by being in it.
