Po is a sweet, affectionate pup whose foster mom lovingly calls him “lover boy.” He's a three month old aussie mix who absolutely adores attention and will happily soak up all the pets, cuddles, and time being held. When he’s not snuggling, he loves playing with his littermate sister and his 4-year-old shepherd/husky foster sister. Po is working on potty training and is off to a great start. He does well using pee pads and should continue to improve with consistent house training and routine. He’s comfortable with crate training, sleeping in his crate at night and staying there while his foster family is away. Po hasn’t started leash training yet, so he’ll need a family willing to help him learn the basics as he grows. He does great with male and female adults and other dogs. He hasn’t met cats or kids yet, but based on his gentle and affectionate personality, he would likely do well with proper introductions. Po is very food motivated, which should make training fun and rewarding. He also watches the other dogs closely and quickly catches on when treats are involved! Because of his high-energy breed make up, a fenced yard is highly recommended so he has space to run and play. Po would thrive with an active family who also enjoys a good cuddle session. He loves following his people around but is also content playing or relaxing in his pen. With continued training, exercise, and lots of love, Po will make a wonderful companion.
