18-month-old neutered male black Lab/Shepherd mix "Bruce Wayne" Background. Holy Havanese, Batman! This beautiful young Labrador mix (named "Bruce Wayne" by the Stanislaus shelter in Modesto) was found as a stray... and ran out of time at the shelter. We got him out of there and into a foster home a day prior to his euthanasia date. Phew!. With his pearly white teeth, he weighs in at nice 66 lbs. He came into the shelter as a stray and a lil scared but no more! His personality now shines through... seeking affection, melting into gentle pets, and showing just how loving he really is. He is easy to handle, calm and easy on leash, gentle taking treats, patient and cooperative for photos, friendly meeting another male dog. He’s just a young boy with so much love to give. I feel he would be a good family dog! What Bruce Wayne's Rescue Rep says. Bruce Wayne has a lot of energy so a capable handler is needed. No idea how he is with cats. Probably best that he not go to a home with small children, until we learn more about him. We do not know if he is crate-trained or house-trained. Lots of exercise will help this guy get settled in.
