About Black Panther "bp"

Black Panther, nicknamed BP, is a striking large black domestic shorthair who's about to turn five. He's lived most of his recent life in rescue after coming in as a stray, and it’s clear he prefers feline company. BP thrives around other cats—he’s gentle, loyal, and even a bit protective of his kitty friends. If you have other cats at home, he’ll likely become their devoted companion, happily playing and curling up with them. People aren’t his first priority—at least not right away. BP is shy at first with humans, but as he gets to know someone willing to give him space and patience, he relaxes enough to accept gentle pets. A calm, cat-savvy home suits him best, especially one that’s quiet and understands how to help shy cats settle in at their own pace. Recently, he’s grown secure enough to approach volunteers for affection on his terms. BP is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, tested FeLV-negative, and reliably house trained. You’ll get a microchip registration, a digital and hard copy of his medical records, and handouts that help with the transition and with slow introductions to other animals. He’s comfortable with litter boxes but appreciates a slow introduction to your home and other pets. His adoption fee is $125. BP’s a Pisces, so it’s no wonder he’s so sensitive to others’ moods and happiest when caring for the ones he trusts. Click apply to start the adoption process.
