Miriam: Incredibly beautiful cat in need of a forever home with no other cats Miriam was brought to a shelter right before Christmas. She popped out a newborn kitten pretty much as soon as she arrived and then baby #2 got stuck and had to be assisted with oxytocin. We saw the post about her about 15 minutes before she was timestamped for euthanasia. Luckily, one of our volunteers had just left the shelter after picking up another animal and went back for Miriam and her two newborns. Miriam is now finished raising her babies and she is ready to find her own forever home. Miriam is one of the most stunning cats when you see her in person. Her markings on her face look like a masquerade mask and eyeliner. She is beautiful. But like most beautiful women, she wants to be the only one in your life and is searching for a home with no other felines. She is affectionate, but also gets touched out and wants her alone time as well. .... what Mom doesn't? She is 4 years old and loves to eat. Miriam has had a very crazy and eventful 2026 so far, and we would really like to get her into a home sooner then later. One where she can finally settle in and actually get comfortable and thrive.
