Meet Molly — an 8-month-old, 35 lb sweetheart who is ready to find her forever home. Molly is a gentle, loving pup with a soft and thoughtful nature. She has a playful side and enjoys spending time with other dogs, but she also has a calm, affectionate personality that makes her a wonderful companion. Molly may take a little time to feel comfortable in new situations, but once she does, she blossoms into a loyal, happy girl who loves being close to her people. Molly and her siblings were born on July 17, 2025, in a parking garage to their devoted mama, Shiva. Despite the difficult start, their mom did everything she could to keep them safe. When the landlord insisted the dogs be removed, our incredible partners at SOS el Arca Animal Rescue stepped in and brought the whole family to safety. Molly comes from a very special group of dogs. Her mom, Shiva, and her brother Pluto have already been adopted in New York and are thriving, and her sisters are also finding their way into loving homes. All of the siblings share a similar gentle and sensitive nature—once they feel safe and secure, they open up beautifully and show their playful, affectionate sides. Her siblings in New York are doing wonderfully, enjoying outings, playing, and becoming amazing companions. Molly does well with other dogs and would likely enjoy a canine friend, but she would also be happy as your one-and-only with the right love and attention. With patience and kindness, she forms strong bonds and becomes deeply devoted. She is eager to learn and would benefit from continued guidance and positive reinforcement as she grows. Molly is spayed, microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, heartworm tested negative, dewormed, and on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. She is also crate trained and settles nicely, making her an easy addition to a home routine. We would love to bring Molly to New York on our next transport, but she can only make the journey with a committed adopter or foster-to-adopt home in place. We are hoping to find her a loving, stable home where she can continue to grow in confidence and feel truly safe.
