She spent 10 days in the Trenton municipal shelter before rescue stepped in to ensure safe placement. She is intelligent, high-energy, food-motivated, and deeply loyal once she bonds. Initially shy, she warms up beautifully with patience and structure. She does not resource guard food, toys, or people. If a ball is present she can become over-aroused and slightly nippy, which is actively being addressed through impulse-control training. She currently walks 2–3 miles daily, enjoys yard play, and receives consistent mental enrichment. She is crate training, learning basic obedience, and building household manners. She does not chew or destroy blankets, bedding, toys, or furniture.
