"Houston, we have a problem”—this stellar dog needs a landing pad to call home! Houston is a charming, two year old Catahoula/Lab mix with a brindle fur coat, the sweetest eyes and a gentle heart. He’s a happy, friendly and fun-loving boy searching for his fur-ever home. Houston is a social butterfly and gets along well with the adults and dogs in his foster home. He’s also potty trained, leash trained and has great household manners. He drools a bit in the car but enjoys walks, running, playtime and cuddles on the couch. We’re not too sure how he interacts with children and small animals just yet, but will update you as soon as we know more! Houston is cleared for launch and ready for the loving home of his dreams! Submit your application today and let him know you’re ready to meet him. Medical Note: This dog has tested positive for exposure to ehrlichia. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
