Thor spent over one year locked in a 2X4 cell with limited to no exercise. He sadly dropped a lot of weight and developed anxiety. He has started to learn how to be a normal dog again and would love to be in a home to show him what a family is. Thor is heart worm positive, but treatment is covered by the rescue. He loves to play and would enjoy a big backyard to run. He has never met a stranger and will make an excellent family dog. He has a great personality and very kind soul.
