Deputy Dawgs: Marley is a gentle soul who found herself abandoned on a rural road with her newborn puppies in June 2024. Thankfully, the Wood County Texas Sheriff's office brought her to the Animal Adoption Center. Marley is friendly with other dogs and loves her human companions. She's not overly energetic, showing a preference for cozy spots and timely meals, barking only when dinner is late. Despite some high energy in her past, she's more than happy to enjoy quiet moments and affection. She does enjoy her freedom and can jump a four-foot fence, so a yard with a higher privacy fence is ideal for her. Once in the yard, she typically stays close, loves to come when called, and shows no desire to roam. Marley is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and has successfully completed her heartworm treatment. She's ready for her forever home where she can thrive and be surrounded by love.
