Meet Duncan Duncan is a 4-year-old neutered sweetheart with a big heart and an even bigger love for his people. He was previously adopted from us, but through no fault of his own, his owner could no longer care for him. Now, Duncan is ready for a fresh start — and a forever family to call his own. This handsome boy already knows how to sit and is eager to please. He’s incredibly friendly and playful, always up for a game of fetch or a joyful romp around the yard. Duncan absolutely loves being around people and will happily soak up all the attention you’re willing to give. While he’s a happy guy, Duncan can be a little anxious at times. With patience, reassurance, and a consistent routine, he truly blossoms. Because he enjoys having space to stretch his legs and explore, Duncan would do best in a home with a secure, fenced-in yard where he can safely run and burn off some energy. When it comes to furry friends, Duncan tends to prefer lower-energy dog companions who match his vibe without overwhelming him. He may be able to live with cats, but we recommend slow introductions and supervision to ensure everyone feels comfortable. Due to his larger size and playful nature, Duncan would likely do best in a home with older children who can confidently interact with him. Duncan is the kind of dog who bonds deeply. He’s looking for a family who will offer understanding, love, and a little bit of guidance as he settles in.
