Fay has received all her vaccinations and is not yet house trained, but she is making steady progress.

About Fay

Fay landed on the urgent list at a Fresno shelter, overwhelmed and shut down, but things have changed for her since coming to The Ranch. She's about 3 years old, spayed, and already microchipped and fully vaccinated—including rabies—so she's ready for her next chapter. Fay is a sensitive soul, very sweet and affectionate, and her signature 'wiggle butt' dance always gets a smile. She walks nicely on a loose leash, masters commands like sit, down, stay, up, off, heel, and even 'middle' using both hand signals and words. Stairs, nail trims, and car rides? She does well with all, though she likes a gentle approach. Fay takes treats gently and waits politely at doors—no dashing or bolting. She gets along with other dogs given slow, proper intros and she's fine with cats. Crate training is underway and she's already finding comfort in her personal ‘cave.’ Not yet house trained, but she’s eager to please and learns quickly with a patient, soft touch.
