Charlie was rescued from an area of Houston, TX known to be a place that people dump dogs. He was found by a good Samaritan and made safe. He is a very smart, sweet and loving dog. He enjoys playing with dogs and playing fetch. He is an active boy that would love to be part of any adventures that come his way. He has learned some tricks and will do just about anything for food lol. He would love to find his furever home, he is more than ready. Charlie is currently in the Houston, TX area however transportation is available. A portion of his adoption fee includes transportation. And transportation is very easy.
