Weighing about 60 pounds, Lulu is a sweet, affectionate girl who would happily sign up for a full-time job as your snuggle companion. She can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but she warms up quickly and blossoms into a loving, devoted shadow. Lulu is wonderful with children and thrives on gentle attention and affection. She enjoys soft toys, moderate play sessions, and a mix of short and slightly longer walks. While she does have a strong pull on leash and occasionally performs the classic bulldog "hard stop," she's eager to please and very receptive to learning with consistency and guidance. Lulu is currently working on house training and making steady progress with routine and structure. She sleeps soundly through the night-complete with adorable bulldog snores-and does well in a penned area without significant separation anxiety. One of her absolute favorite things is a car ride. Lulu loves watching the world go by and would make a wonderful adventure buddy. She would do best in a home with a fenced yard, ideally in a quieter neighborhood as she can be sensitive to loud noises. Minimal or no stairs are recommended. She could live happily with a calm, respectful dog companion or soak up all the love as your one and only. If you're looking for a medium-energy bulldog who wants nothing more than companionship, comfort, and a cozy place to land, Lulu may be your perfect match. Lulu is new to rescue, and we are working on her skin allergies, which will most likely be taken care of with a good diet and potentially medication.
