Rosebud is wonderfully people-friendly and makes it her mission to greet everyone in the room. She'll happily make her rounds for pets and scratches, then choose her favorite human to follow from room to room. This affectionate lovebug is always excited to meet new friends and believes no one should go without a proper hello. Rosebud has lived with other dogs in the past and even enjoyed trips to the dog park, showing that she can be a social girl. She can sometimes run up quickly to small children or small animals, which may seem intimidating at first glance, but her intentions are all sweetness-she simply wants to say hello and offer a friendly lick. Because of her enthusiastic greetings, Rosebud will do best in a home with older children who won't be startled or knocked off balance by her excitement. On leash, Rosebud is polite and would truly enjoy a nice daily walk as part of her routine. She is otherwise healthy and just needs to shed 20-plus pounds to feel her very best.
