Walter is a 17lb, 4 year old beagle mix. He came to us from a breeder/hoarder situation via a shelter in SC. Walter is super sweet, loving and affectionate. He is low key and would make a great lap dog. This boy gets along great with other dogs of all sizes, cats and children.
