About Zoe Aka Dottie
Zoe Aka Dottie is a four-year-old medium-sized girl with a unique mix of beagle, boxer, and Great Pyrenees. She’s spent her whole life in a home and knows all about routines—she’s house trained and will use a crate, though she doesn’t love it. What she truly wants is to be with her people, especially when a thunderstorm rolls in. She’ll gladly cuddle up during scary weather and takes Trazodone to help with anxiety. With mild separation anxiety, Zoe does best with someone home most of the time. She’s calm and happy when people are around, and she’ll let you know she’s a good girl. Zoe does great with other dogs, especially males, and plays well with her siblings. When she plays, she ‘talks’ to show just how much fun she’s having. She’s fully housebroken, understands doggie doors, and is happy with access to a yard, but is also content going on regular walks if you don’t have outside space. She’s been around teens and adults and gets along with cats, too, though hasn’t met youngsters or small kids. Zoe can be shy at first, but once comfortable, expect lots of cuddles. If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion who’d rather be with her humans than stuck in a crate, Zoe might just be the perfect fit. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
