She came to us as an owner surrender after an incident where she became overly protective of her person while they were cuddling another dog. Because of this, Belle would do best as the only pet in the home where she can soak up all the love and attention for herself. And love people she does! Belle is affectionate, devoted, and happiest when she's close to her favorite human. She bonds strongly and wants to be your little shadow. Bonus: she is highly motivated by hot dogs - her absolute favorite treat! Belle is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm tested, so she's ready for her next chapter. She does have one very strong opinion: she does not enjoy nail trims and will absolutely argue about it. She'll need an experienced owner who understands small dog sass and is prepared to work with a groomer or veterinarian to keep her comfortable and well cared for.
