Meet Princess! Princess is a 1-year, 4-month-old German Shepherd with a loyal heart and a strong bond to her people. She can be shy when meeting new people at first, but she forms especially close attachments to men and thrives once she feels secure and connected. Princess does well with other dogs and enjoys having canine companionship. She loves to travel and would happily be your road-trip buddy, ready for new adventures by your side. True to her breed, she is intelligent, devoted, and happiest when she feels she has “her person.” Princess prefers not to share her toys and will need guidance and structure around resource boundaries. Because she has shown some guarding behavior, she would do best in a home without young children. A home with older teens or adults who understand dog behavior and can provide consistent leadership would be ideal. Princess is looking for a home that understands her loyalty, her sensitivity, and her need for clear structure and trust-building. In the right environment, she will be a deeply devoted and loving companion.
