About Angel
Angel is a medium-sized, 30-pound mix with a big personality and a striking coat of black, cream, and brindle. Her DNA test says she’s half husky, part shiba inu, and a handful of other breeds tossed in. Walks and playtime are her favorite parts of the day, but she’ll need a secure fence—her escape artist streak is real. Angel bonds tightly with her people and might get a bit possessive, so she’s best as an only dog or with someone who understands dog behavior. She can get jealous, but she responds well to redirection and just needs some calm consistency to learn you can’t be "claimed." Angel tends to be wary of strangers and will bark until she trusts someone, but once she does, she’s all about snuggles and cuddles. Popcorn is your shortcut to her heart. She walks nicely on a leash, stays quiet most of the time, and handles being left alone without trouble. Angel is good with teenagers and adults, but younger kids aren’t a fit for her. Spunky and ready for her next chapter, Angel is waiting for someone to share her fun side with. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
