Meet Blanco Blanco is a 1 year and 6 month old Siberian Husky who weighs 55 pounds. He was found by Animal Control, and sadly, no one ever came looking for him. It’s hard to understand how such a sweet boy could go unclaimed, but he is making the best of his second chance here with us. Blanco is a little bit on the shy side for a Husky and likes to take his time making sure he feels safe and can trust the people around him. Once he begins to feel comfortable, he enjoys attention, pets, and spending time with his people. He has shown us that he likes to play and has done well with the other dogs here at the shelter. We believe that he will be much more his true self once he is out of the shelter environment and settled into a home where he can relax and feel secure. Blanco is a very sweet boy who is looking for a patient home that will allow him the time he needs to adjust and build trust at his own pace.
