We don't do meet and greets until applications have been approved. All our dogs are located IN Washington State. We are a local foster home based rescue. Suzy is a delicate little lady who is dreaming of a family and home where she will be a cherished family member. She is a quiet girl who only barks to alert her people when strangers come to the door. Suzy loves to take it easy and can usually be found burrowed under a pile of cozy blankets or basking in the warmth of the sunbeams as they stream through the window. She has been great in her foster home and has impeccable house manners. Suzy's best friend is her foster sister who is a very calm Golden Retriever. She would enjoy a canine companion possessing the same gentle demeanor that she possesses. Suzy is also fond of the cat in her foster home. She really does love everyone. Young children can be quick and unpredictable, therefore, we are asking for a home without children under 10 years of age. Suzy recently received a Senior Wellness Exam with bloodwork. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her vaccines. Suzy is 11 years old and weighs 7 pounds. Please note, we have approximately a 200 mile adoption radius from Stanwood WA for our Senior Dogs. Save-A-Mutt may limit this distance based on the long term needs of this pet. We don’t adopt out of state except to the Vancouver BC area. We don’t ship dogs. Once approved you must pick them up in Snohomish County, WA.
