About Chip
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Meet Chip! Just like a delicious chocolate chip, this beagle boy is as sweet as cookie dough ice cream. When he curls up for a nap, he’s so cute you’ll be tempted to scoop him up (only with hugs, of course)! Chip strikes a wonderful balance between playful silliness and calm companionship. He’ll keep you smiling with his toy antics before settling in beside you, always eager to snuggle up and soak in your affection. Chip loves acting like a lap dog, sneaking into your space to be as close to you as possible, and his curiosity ensures he’s always in the know about your daily adventures. He’s made great progress and is now housebroken and very food-motivated—though still polishing his commands. Chip gets along with the other dog in his foster home, but he treasures his toys and treats, so he’s happiest as your one-and-only furry star. He’s best in a home with kids 13 and older, since his excitement during play can lead to a bit of mouthy behavior—just his silly way of expressing joy! He may be shy at first, needing a couple of days to warm up, but once comfortable, he’ll be the loyal friend you’ve been looking for. As a fun fact, Chip is a Scorpio, known for deep loyalty and devotion! Think you are the one? Submit an application!
