About Millicent Aka Millie
Millicent, also known as Millie or Millie Moon, lives up to her name that means "brave strength." She’s easing into her new life after rescue, spending her first nights decompressing in a foster home. Millie adjusts quietly, showing a gentle spirit despite whatever she’s faced before. She’s a calm passenger, watching the world from the front seat during car rides, and gravitates to her crate for comfort—her self-designated safe place. Out on walks, Millie stays close, sometimes even weaving between your legs; she seems to find security in touch and companionship. As she settles in, Millie’s personality shines. She adores her daily walks, keeps a loose leash, and you’ll quickly earn her trust with a few leisurely strolls. Chew toys and bones make her tail wag, and she’s at ease both in her crate or stretched out on the couch or dog bed. Millie is friendly with dogs of all types, whether big or small, young or old, and she gets along with cats and children too. She enjoys relaxing in the sun or shade, soaking up simple pleasures. Earning her trust might take a bit of patience, but when she opens up, you’ll be rewarded with her signature wiggle butt and plenty of kisses. She’s spayed and current on vaccinations.
