About Momma Ruby Sue

Momma Ruby Sue arrived right on the verge of motherhood, heavily pregnant in November 2023. She gave birth to a whopping ten healthy puppies, all named after National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation characters. Ruby Sue carries herself low to the ground—she’s short, sturdy, and her merle patterning catches the eye. After raising her pups, she showed she could warm up to other dogs in her foster home, relaxing and making friends with the other moms once her own brood grew independent. Now she’s looking for a family as devoted as she’s been. Ruby Sue appreciates affection. Hugs and kisses are her favorite currency, and she adjusts well to home life—she’s already house trained. Her medical care is handled too: she’s vaccinated, microchipped, tested for heartworm, and has her deworming up-to-date. Spay surgery is scheduled and included in her adoption fee. Ruby Sue’s grateful for the fresh start, and ready to give all her love to a new family. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
