About Patron Spirits Local
THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY IN A FOSTER HOME WITHIN A REASONABLE DISTANCE OF OUR KENNEL IN WOBURN, MA. ONCE A POTENTIAL ADOPTER IS MATCHED WITH A DOG AND GOES THROUGH OUR REFERENCE AND INTERVIEW PROCESS WITH AN ADOPTION COORDINATOR THIS DOG WOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO MEET BEFORE ADOPTION. IT IS OUR GOAL TO GET ALL LOCAL DOGS TO THEIR FOREVER FAMILIES WITHIN 7 DAYS ONCE MATCHED. **Please read Patron Spirits' entire profile, which includes a link to the adoption application at the end. Thank you!** Meet Patron Spirits, a 9-week-old Carolina Dog/Anatolian Shepherd mix, weighing 17 pounds (as of 2/12/26)! Patron hails from our SPIRITS litter and was born in Tennessee to nice, mellow medium-to-large breed dogs. While the owner is keeping Momma, this litter was surrendered so they could find a top-shelf fur-ever home in New England! UPDATE from his foster: Patron has truly been the best puppy — zero accidents inside, incredibly gentle, and such a sweetheart with our three-year-old resident dog. He is extremely loving and cuddly (he literally scoots closer just to be near you when he sleeps!), and everyone who meets him falls in love. He’s calm, affectionate, and not teething much at all — honestly just a perfect little guy. He likes to chew his stuffed animal and is starting to get the hand of fetch. I will take a longer video tonight but wanted to get you started! He loves to wag his tail while he eats. He also is a big "follower" so you can hear his little footsteps around you walking. The best thing about Patron is that he brings the fun of Mexico to you! He's an exuberant boy who's the perfect companion for anyone who needs a night out! Bonus points is that he also loves kids and plays with other dogs, so he'll be the most popular boy on your block! Even strangers will come up and ask to party with you (but you gotta check with Patron because you can't just invite any Joe Schmoe!) Since Patron is still young, he'll need some help with puppy training, crates and commands from his future family. In exchange for your help, he'll give you complimentary glasses from all the places he's traveled (mainly Tennessee, but hey! Have YOU been to Tennessee? If not, then take the win.) Patron can't wait to add some fun flavor to your family! Bring this sweet boy home today! All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. All dogs require professional training to become the best family member they can be. To adopt or learn more about Patron Spirits, you must fill out an adoption application. To find the application, copy and paste this URL into your browser: WWW.GDRNE.COM/ADOPTION-APPLICATION [Adoption Fee: $575] ** PLEASE READ: If a dog is listed, then s/he is currently available for adoption. Their information is correct to the best of our abilities and the information we have been given as of the day of posting. From time to time we receive new information/photos of a dog and we do recreate their listing, which means their old listing link will no longer be valid. If you are considering a dog but don't apply right away please make sure to search for the dog by name if the link you have no longer works. Please note, GDRNE does not guarantee the breed of any dog or puppy unless stated that we have run DNA. All breeds listed are educated estimates. Note that if the dog is listed as an "Out of town pet" there are NOT additional transport fees - it is included in our adoption fee Our dogs are rescued from various situations. It is most likely that both their parents were strays and even if not, mixes of some sort and that their grandparents were mixes as well. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application. Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted. To learn more about our *shelterless* rescue, adoption fees, and procedures, review the list of Frequently Asked Questions on our website at WWW.GDRNE.COM.
