Meet Troy! This gorgeous 4.5 year old shepherd mix came to us from a rural shelter after being passed around for far too long. Troy was rescued from this shelter, but returned soon after by the rescue that pulled him for being too anxious. Troy, like all shepherds, does not do well in a kennel environment. He is an intelligent, energetic, loving boy who needs mental and physical stimulation to truly thrive. He is a total sweetheart, walks well on a leash, and is working hard to learn his household manners. Troy gets along with other dogs and has not met a stranger. This big, loving boy is a huge fan of the hose, and loves to play in the water. Troy just needs a loving adopter to give him the life he truly deserves!
