About Stevie Ray

Meet Stevie Ray 🎸 Who needs eyesight when he's got this much confidence? Stevie Ray is a 6-month-old, 8-pound mini Dachshund who happens to be deaf and blind—but don’t bother telling him that. This little guy is busy living life at full speed. He has already mastered navigating the couch, ottoman, living room, and backyard. Stevie follows voices, learns routines rapidly, and approaches every day with enthusiasm and zero fear. Full of personality, he’s playful and affectionate, loving to wrestle with his dog friends just as much as he enjoys snuggling with his humans. When he recently met a child, he instantly declared them the greatest invention of all time. At bedtime, Stevie happily heads into his crate for a treat and sleeps soundly through the night. He is making great strides with house training too. Like any puppy, he can get excited and vocal when the action heats up, but he never wants to miss out on the fun. Stevie Ray is proof that sometimes the biggest outlook on life comes in the smallest package. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
