Meet Rutabaga! This boy has an unmatched zest for life-he loves every person and dog he meets. We guess his age to be around 9months old ( April 20th 2025) Rutabaga was found wandering alone October 18th 2025-he had (still has) a large wound on his back-it has now healed: however it is unlikely he will ever regrow hair in that area. We do not know what caused the injury, but he holds zero grudges and it doesn’t slow him down. He is working on basic commands: “sit”, “off”, “down” and “leave it” He has good leash skills and loves walks, walks with canine and human friends are the BEST! He would thrive in a home with another playful canine companion. We will also give preference to a home with fully fenced yard. He is good with children, we prefer over age 5 unless they have or currently live with large dogs.
