This 3-month-old cane corso was surrendered to us on the day he was born by a breeder who worried that he wouldn’t be able to safely nurse with a suspected cleft palate. Luckily, it became apparent as he grew that his palate was intact and his cleft lip doesn’t slow him down one bit! Now three months old, Radio has gotten a clean bill of health and is ready to find his forever home. Though he may look a little different, he is your typical puppy! Radio loves to play tug or fetch, run around the living room, then come in for a good snuggle. He plays well with the resident dogs in his foster home and has been curious but polite with the cats he’s met. His foster is currently working on basic training and potty training (which has proven to be more than a bit difficult with the winter weather!). Radio has mastered sit and is very motivated to earn treats for tricks. He is fully crate trained and loves his cozy spot when his foster is at work or sleeping. While he may be small for now, Radio will be a big boy and needs an owner prepared to set boundaries and commit to regularly training him - not just a 6 week basic obedience class. This adoption fee includes: his alter, a microchip, his rabies, bordetella, and age appropriate DAPP vaccines, flea/heartworm preventative, and a deworming treatment while in foster care.
