Blackberry, weighing in at 11 pounds, arrived with his siblings after their previous caregiver was no longer able to provide for them. Imagine him, wiggling with excitement as he embraces a new chapter in life! He’s likely the sibling of Blueberry, Lemon, and Grape, and possibly even the son of Lime. While we can't guarantee his breed, one thing is for sure: this little guy is one adorable package! Now let’s talk personality! Blackberry strikes a delightful balance between being playful and relaxed. He's got just enough spunk to keep the adventures alive, whether that's a romp around the park or the simple joy of a cozy lap to cuddle on. Picture it: you, snuggled up with this little gem on the couch, while he keeps your lap warm and your heart full. 💙 Having grown up with other dogs, Blackberry is likely to settle into new surroundings quicker if there's already a furry friend in the home. He’s vaccinated, flea & tick treated, and has tested negative for Heartworm, Lyme, and Anaplasma. The only hiccup? He’s currently positive for Ehrlichia, but don’t fret—it’s not contagious, and he is being treated. He’s on heartworm prevention and will be neutered and microchipped before adoption. Now, as for his feelings about cats, we’re not quite sure. With proper introductions, he could be a great fit with another dog. However, he's never lived with children, so if little ones are part of the picture, it's essential they meet him first. Blackberry's lived indoors before and shows signs that he might be at least somewhat house-trained.
