Rest hard, play hard - that is Nugget's motto! He is perfectly happy curling up on the floor next to you most of the day, but he does enjoy a daily spurt of energy with a walk or by chasing some tennis balls. He may be 4 years old, but his fosters think he still acts closer to 2 or 3. Nugget knows how to sit and is comfortable in his crate for long periods. He does well there when his fosters are away from home. He is very food-motivated and would love to use that to continue working on additional commands with you. And he is house-trained. He is very friendly towards other dogs, and he will prefer to live with one that can play hard outside with him. Nugget is good on a leash (until he sees a feline friend or a squirrel) and enjoys walks with other dogs. He warms up to strangers quickly and wants to be everyone's friend. Come meet Nugget today!
