About Peet
Peet lost her home due to her previous owner's unstable housing, so she's looking for stability and a soft spot to land. She has an endearing, round face that stands out more in real life than pictures can capture. Peet is the type of cat who thrives on play—she reaches through her kennel bars for attention, nibbles affectionately, and goes wild for dangling toys. When she’s loose in the center, Peet zooms around, climbs anything she can, and investigates every corner. She’ll tolerate some gentle petting, but mostly she prefers playing and those playful “nomming” sessions. There’s never any malice in her mouthiness; it’s pure joy. Because Peet loves to use her mouth when she plays, she’d be best with older kids (10+) rather than small children. She gets along with other cats if given a slow introduction, and she’s not been tested around dogs yet. Peet is about 8 months old as of February 2026, spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.
