About Nugget
This could be the start of something paw-some. Meet Nugget — a handsome six-year-old gentleman with a heart as big as his paws. Nugget, believed to be a Great Pyrenees–German Shepherd mix, is full of love, charm, and gentle devotion. This sweet boy is a world-class cuddler. If you’re open to it, he will happily rest his head on your chest or lap, offering what can only be described as a heartfelt hug. Nugget adores people of all ages, is kid-friendly, experienced with cats, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Whether relaxing quietly by your side or breaking into joyful zoomies, he strikes the perfect balance between a calm companion and a playful pal. Currently in foster care after his previous owner had to move, Nugget was previously a therapy dog for an autistic child—a testament to his deep patience, empathy, and intuitive nature. Now, he is ready to bring comfort, happiness, and unconditional love to his next family. If you’re looking for a loyal friend with a gentle soul and a big personality, Nugget may be your perfect match. Adoption is the new adventure! Ready to roll?
